Who We Are

PRMA Property was established in 2012, followed by PRMA Lumber in 2015, and PRMA Agriculture in 2025. Together, they form an association dedicated to benefit member companies engaged in residential, industrial/lumber mill, and swine/dairy real estate sectors.

Members can advance their education in how to appropriately manage their properties’ risks to lower costs and increase returns.​

Membership in PRMA includes the following benefits: monthly newsletter, exclusive market intelligence and educational resources, access to vetted service providers, unique affinity programs, and the PRMA property insurance program (subject to insurers’ underwriting approval).
